You could always fashion one out of Stainless Steel. There are a bunch of creative folks here and sure some could offer some advice. A bit of drill press and file work and you should be good to go.

Stainless is an idea I'll second. I am experiencing the same thing as you, I cannot wear silver well, so I've been using stainless. There are a lot of sellers on ebay for stainless, and also tungsten, some with nice gold details.

Actually..I wear silver very well...I don't get black or green skin or any thing like that.The silver tarnishes a bit but does not affect me.But when I wear other metals,they corrode away. I've done it with wrist watches and necklaces and way back in the biker style days I did it to earings. My problem is finding pure enough silver that I wont eat away.That's why I try to avoid plate metals.And there are so many snake oil salesmen out there.And really to be honest,that's why I don't really like E-bay because there are so many if's and maybe's out there.
