    Default Unexpected Luxury

Now, summertime is usually cold beer time and whiskey season normally starts about October or November. But today, the weather was so gray and so...well British Isles that some of this stuff seemed like a good idea.

I've had a couple of these and despite the still drizzly and nasty weather my ears are warm and I'm feeling quite spry. If you've not sampled Jameson's Irish Whiskey I would recommend doing yourself a favor and picking some up, it the cat's bum.

Good weather today but Jameson is so good, I'll no longer invent reasons to drink it. I'm enjoying 4 fingers with a splash of ginger ale even as we speak. Very nice, a wonderful pre-dinner apertif. Then after dinner, I'll fix up another and adjourn to the lanai for a post dinner refreshment and cigar (in this case Garcia Y Vega English Corona).
