I'm holding out for a rifle that fires an ICBM. Not a huge one of course just a mid range, maybe 1000 miles.

It's a novelty... The flinch you would develop would ensure that you would never hit your target.. It would be a hellava' physcological weapon.... I would piss my self if I saw that pointing my way.

They have something like that now.
Sandia Labs just announced a "smart Bullet" that can track a laser and hit a target 1 mile away. It is fired from a smooth bore gun so the bullet has no spin.
