Thanks guys. This was fun, especially because it was impossible to make it worse. The hard part is going to be waiting for the tung oil to cure. If I keep doing these, I.might have to get a buffing wheel set for my drill.

Thanked: 275Actually, it looks _better_ than new. As I remember, Brigham Sportsman pipes were entry-level, low-end pipes.
I can't wait to see what you do with something that was really good out of the factory! A Dunhill, Peterson, or one of the Italian makers.
