You too!! I hit the orchard yesterday and, boy, are they good this year!! Last year was a bust with the 100's already happening and no rain. Nothing like a good peach, well maybe, a sweet Escher, but, Hey!! Enjoy, we are!
Best Regards,
Howard

Slight addendum to above. Turns out that the orchard we go to is one mile south of where the FED's just raided the Mex drug op. horse racing operation! Drove by it and I've never seen a collection of horse flesh like that in one place. We have a lot of horse ranches here, but 400 of this quality in one place was, at the least, impressive. Of course, the FED's will take any money they found and confiscate it to their use, and we'll end up having to pay to feed them!!!
Regards,
Howard.

Willie,
It looks just like that in our kitchen. She has them ready to can, but ran out of time so we're doing it in the morning. We also have 9 trays of slices in the dehydrator. She went through about half a bushel today. I really do love peaches fresh off the tree!! Enjoy!!!
