Thread: Snow already!?

So, I woke up last Saturday and was drinking coffee with the fiance when she said Boreal is open! In an hour I was packed and making the commute! Man, I love not having responsibilities holding me back! It was crowded, only partially open, and it was awesome! Anyone else gonna make up for last years short season by going a ton this year? If you're West Coast, there's snow at Tahoe!

I am waiting for the day we get our first, snow here where I am. Ljuboten Mountain elev. 8,196, off in the distance had had a white summit off and on for the last month.

I have no idea where that is, but perhaps you can hike up there and poach some slopes! I'm very excited about this season.
