    Default online eyeglasses

I've finally gotten to the point where I can go back to wearing glasses again instead of contacts 24/7, and was shocked at the prices. So does anyone know of any places that have good deals on quality eyeglasses or frames? Do they offer the ability to put different prescriptions on the different side, right different than left? Thanks for the help gents.
No that pistol isn't the only thing under my kilt, but I can tell you both of them work just fine

I gave up on contacts long ago after wearing them for about 15 years. At my last eye exam, the doctor knew exactly what type I had worn in the past. She noted scars (very disturbing) due to long term contact use. I wanted to purchase a pair of glasses-one sunglass and one clear and was shocked to find out it would cost 500.00 for a pair of quality single vision lenses at the local opto. I ended up getting three pairs for less than 400.00 at glassesusa.com Overall, i'm satisfied with them, although the prescription on all of them seems to be slightly different. Would I buy from them again? yes, and they offer most any prescription for right and left lenses.

I used to buy my glasses at Wal-Mart vision centers. They are independantly run and wal-mart supplies the frames at their crazy low chain store prices. As of last year I no longer wear any after getting lasik surgery. Best $4000 I ever spent.
