haha, thank you, ive been doing it for awhile now as my only source of income but obviously theres a lifetime involved when it comes to learning and mastering a craft.
i like designs based off traditional ones that have worked for centuries but i also like to play around and do more funk pieces. this is one of those funky ones
the original design for this model had a long tail that tucked completely inside the scales and thus didnt interfere at all with the honing and stropping processes and despite the somewhat curvy and "bulky" scales it wasnt inefficient as a design. i just got the whole idea of a twist in the tail stuck in my head and then once i did that i thought the tail needed some curve too hahaha. where it stoped from here im not sure yet but im likely to get too eager to shave with it to play around too much more. if the tail encumbers me at all i can always cut it off later eh?!Silverloaf
