    What steel did you start with? 1059? 1048? Clue us in please.

    As you can see on first image I use Böhler K460. That is equivalent to AISI O1 steel.

    Thank you..I meant 1095 and 1084. I cant type..sorry. When i quench O1 in oil it bends the wrong way. Thank you Croatia. And in water it tings without a coat of clay. The ting is the sound.
