It may well be impractical but I liked the way it rolls on my thumb with the twist not flattered.

You can hammered them down after twist and be easy to fit scales.

Pivots are drilled
Makers marks are etched on last after final polish & works done
Was going to hammer the twist flat but something in my me said cool it and see how it feel,
Liked the rolling feel so left the full twist for this one
