playing with new tempering setup
Here is my new tempering setup I have been playing with.
I took the bi metallic thermostat/switch out of the fry daddy, and am using a pid and relay to control the thing.
It holds the temps very steady, a lot less variation than my toaster oven.
I have peanut oil in it right now, it seems to do ok up to 450F.
