    I don't have an answer to that, and I could be wrong in my statement. It just seems that there could be a better design that makes grinding razors easier or more efficient. I've never ground a razor, so I really don't have any experience. I have looked at grinders, and they all seem to be "knife" grinders. I'm hoping to be able to make it to Charlie's meet this year, so hopefully I can get some experience.

    That makes perfect sense.
    I am not a machinist at all and while I do have quality drills and taps, I only do simple things because I have no clue how to make sure that everything lines up etc.
