Can anyone recommend a gas burner
I'm in the process of making a 2 brick forge, I'm a first timer at this.
Can anyone recommend a gas/mapp burner suituible model to get it to heat treat temperature range for simple carbons? This forge will have a steel tube in the cavity to help disipate the hot spot.
I don't know much about these burners or what's up to the job, idealy would like something easy to get preferably from the web. Any Brits out there, please chime in.

Thanked: 20Bernzomatic JTH7 would be the best, cheap and easily available. Else, I'd look at a Turbo Torch but they're pricey for not much more functionnality.

Plus one on the JTH7, that is what I use in my one brick forge. I am happy with the way it works.

Thanked: 85You should take a look at the Hybridburners website. They make a good product and you might find one that suits your needs.
