Is it new or vintage? Where is it made? I never heard of it but those questions and a picture will give clues.

It looks nice but never heard of the brand. Shipping is very high. I sell myself and offer free shipping which is only $1.86 first class padded envelope. If it were me I would wait for something else or go to the classified ads on this site. The other option is SRD (Straigh Razor Designs). Their razors are new and come professionally honed with a coupon for a free future hone. Good luck.

if you are new to this you will find that the first razor holds a special place in your heart.
Make it a razor that you will be able to shave with right off the starting blocks.
    That means "shave ready".
I would suggest you look to the members classifieds on this forum where the odds are in your favor that you will get a good if not great razor for a fair price.

I've got a few years on me. used a straight back in the 60s and some in the 70s. quite for a long time. got back in it about 2 months a go. I remember some of the older brands and in the last 2 months have collected a few. found this site about a month or 6 weeks ago and have enjoy it a lot. I also enjoy reading what every one has to say. I think I'll let this razor go and I appreciate the info. I've also enjoyed watching the videos that are on U-tube about straights. some times the older ways are not only the best but more interesting and a lot more fun
