The finished razors I have I keep on racks on my desk. I keep a light coating of oil on them. Those that need work are in coffins in my desk drawer.

I got for like 15$ in ebay! It holds like 24 razors since the shown knives are shorter!

The single sleeve has my inherited razor in it, until I get it restored.
Have had no moisture issues yet in 3 months since I made them
    Cost under $20 in Oz
    +1 to above.

I have one razor that came stored in one of these. They are fantastic.

One tip I was given about them, store them tang / pivot down in the sock, as that where the most concern over moisture is.

Currently, I'm on the hunt for a bunch more...the one store that has them is out of stock.

Having acquired an old-old Singer portable I decided to learn, late in life, how to use a sewing machine. It's a useful skill. The razor pouch was one of my first projects. Last week I ripped my overcoat lining and a briefcase shoulder strap while traveling - two more learning opportunities.
MisterMoo, I admire your minimalistic approach. I am of the more the clutter, the better school and always seem to give into my 'AD of the day and acquire more to fill the shelves.

I just give them a good wipe after shaving and a quick strop after, then store them in a felt lined box from a craft store with a desiccant pack in it.

    I made the shelves.
I dry my razor completely, 20 strokes on leather, leave it out on top of the humidor over night, on my desk in the office, not in the bathroom.
The next day it goes in the box, no oil.
I have had razors in there 3 years or so, no issues. Recently added some bags of silica gel dry packs.

    Thanks souschefdude!

Just got back from some errands, where I dropped into the local cigar store, asked him if he had some old wooden cigar boxes he wanted to get rid of, he pointed to a corner and said, "Please, take all the darn things!".

So I picked out three nice wooden one's with a nice clasp, and when I pick up a few more silicone socks, they will look and store great in the boxes. Also picked up a 2 40 gram reusable silicone anti-moisture packets.

The space is starting to evolve...
