Welcome mate,
I've sent way worse blades to Joe Chandler for cleaning and honeing and they come back like new.
If you can't find the time nor patience to do it yourself then I suggest you give him a go.
Have a good one

I went to Walgreens today to get the MAAS, and after getting through an inept associate, a really helpful associate, and the manager, I found it! As soon as I get home, I'll give it a go. It should get rid of most everything on it, as it's not too bad.
I'll keep y'all updated as I go

Good job. It will most likely take a few applications of the stuff. Even if the razor isn't in bad shape. Just spread it over the blade and then go to it with a polishing rag of sort.

The Maas was a very good recommendation! It took work of course, but I nearly got all the rust off. I can easily read the stamping on it now. There is a little pitting present, but it's not bad at all. I think all it needs is some honing, and it'll be shave ready!

Good work man. Soon you will be looking for more to clean up.
