Question for the more experienced...
I ordered a new brush from Shavemac on Saturday. I immediately recieved an automated email from Shavemac about my order and that it would take 10 days or so to get my package. This morning I got an email from Shavemac (I think) stating that my paypal payment did not go through. I looked at my paypal account and it shows the transaction as "completed" with money taken and money recieved. I have only heard good things about Shavemac, but I know that there are many scams out there involving paypal.
I filed a dispute with paypal stating that I really want the brush, but I'm not willing to pay for it twice (not at a tune of $185.00). It looks like pay pal isn't even involved in the transaction, I think they just make a note that a dispute is pending and copied my message to Shavemac.
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks,
Fred

What I would do is e-mail Shavmac with the transaction number showing the transaction completed and wait to hear back from them. I've dealt with them many times and never had any problems. There was probably some malfunction and it can be straightened out very easily.

Thanks, I will see what happens tomorrow then I will try your recommendation. I see that he's only around for limited hours during the day so I'm sure it will be resolved.

This morning, I recieved an email from Bernd. He said that payment was posted and my brush will ship this week. Just like everyone has said in the past, great customer service!
