Thread: Why SRD has me as a customer for life!

I can't say enough good things about SRD. Don is a rock star when it comes to customer service and 100% satisfaction! Obviously Lynn is an amazing human being as well because he is devoted to teaching his craft as well as doing it better than anyone else in the business. If those guys get 1000 people a day who tell them how great they are its still not enough! How many other companies do you get to talk with one of the owners every time you email or call? The fact that they'll pay for delivery on sunday for expedited shipping is great. The only other company that I know of that is as devoted to their customers is Barrister & Mann shaving soap. Hats off to SRD and to the guys behind it!
