Problems to contact Wacker.
Hi,
I purchased a Wacker razor 15/05/14 and i didn't get the razor yet. I tryed to contact them by e-mail (many) and by fone without success.
I paid by PAYPAL and was everything ok. The payment was registry on 15/05/14. I don't know what to do now. It's horrible to don't get any answer. I am very concerned on the possibility of not receiving my razor.
Anyone have any suggestion of what to do?

I had something similar, put in an order, got an order confirmation & invoice 2 WEEKS later. Paid immidiately and from then on: total silence, must have sent about 10 emails in english and german, nothing. In the end I opened a paypal dispute and got my money back and got myself an Ali's Blade.
