Maggards Razors EXCELLENT customer service!
I don't normally do "reviews" but wanted to give a quick thanks to brad an casie maggard. I got the itch this morning to purchase a few items that I was running low on an one I haven't tried yet. Did some online shopping an purchased the items from maggards. This isn't my first experience with them but was my first one done on the weekend. So I placed my order an paid. With in 30 minutes I had been informed my order was shipped!!! That is incredible in my book! Tracking info confirms it an I should have my stuff Monday! Thanks again to brad an casie for such dedicated an prompt service. Much appreciated.

I did the same with some supplies for my son, who may or may not last at this. Within 10 minutes of ordering I had a personalized email from Casie, and 10 minutes later a "shipped" notice. Given how small they are and the inventory they offer, I was awed.

I just ordered a bunch of stuff from them Saturday night and received an email Sunday morning. I hope to hear from them today about shipping and arrival time.

Let's keep this one going. I have to give kudos to the great people over at Maggards for their commitment to the customer. I ordered several items from them including a 3" Red Latigo Strop. The package arrived earlier this week but I found a problem with the strop, it had a few defects that made stropping difficult. I called and talked to Brad, all he asked for was a picture so that he could see the problem which I did. He sent out a replacement leather that same day and it arrived on Saturday. I can say this, they really know how to take care of their customers to keep them coming back.

I just ordered from them too and it was "freaky fast". I ordered on Thursday and it was mailed the same day and I had the product Saturday morning!
What a curse be a dull razor; what a prideful comfort a sharp one
