    Default Thank You !!!

As I am seeing all the exitement around the Giveaway, I can't help but be thankful to be part of such a great group of people. This place not only is the very first and orginal straight razor forum on the web, but it sets the standard for what a forum should be and stand for every day. Since the beginning our members have always tried to help out new people and provide what ever assistance they could either with a razor or whatever they could provide when someone else didn't have what was needed. You guys have always rocked and it is exiting for me to watch new guys come in, learn and then pass knowledge on to the next group of new people. It is always sincere and the best knowledge and thought out there.

I also wanted to give a special thank you to Bill Watkins and Ilija for their help in orgainizing the drawing and keeping the list straight for me so I can get all the giveaway stuff out to you guys.

A special thanks again to all who donated goodies for this giveaway. You guys are the best !!!

Have fun and maybe another giveaway before years end. Still trying to make the convention work as well.

    Lynn

    Lynn,
You are welcome but it is our pleasure to help. You have provided a real home here for all of us to share ideas, trade some cool gear we may never have found, and simply chat about anything.

I know you put a lot of effort into these things and just wanted to thank you for providing this site, the motivation, and the spark to attract and keep us all here. I frequent all the groups but this one just feels like home.

    Thank you Lynn!

I'll join in on thanking Lynn for making this place possible. Without Lynn's efforts, I'd either be shaving with an electric or have a network of scars caused by using a pakistani razor, thinking that the strop that came with it can sharpen it and using hollywood shaving techniques. Thanks Lynn

I'd like to thank Lynn as well for creating the best online forum in the world and I'd like to let all you great folk who continue to raise the bar around here know how much I appreciate all your efforts. I think the giveaways are a great idea and I hope you all had fun sowing how big your hearts can be.

I think if you can get a group of guys from around the world together and everything remains civil and pleasant , then you're doing alright. The cultural exchanges are as important to me as the shaving advice ---- who would have thunk it that Aussies, Canadians, and Brits are people too . Here's to everyone.

P.S. I still have issue with those Billy Yanks ---- stay yonder that mason-dixon line
if you know what's good for ya .

That's true -- I do declare ---- but my mouth shall rise again ---- when I can think of a comeback

To foreigners, a Yankee is an American.
To Americans, a Yankee is a Northerner.
To Northerners, a Yankee is an Easterner.

To Easterners, a Yankee is a New Englander.

To New Englanders, a Yankee is a Vermonter.

And in Vermont, a Yankee is somebody who eats pie for breakfast.
