OK, guys I have a little issue/problem. I have to wear a shirt and tie everyday for work. By the end of the day I have these little red bumps on my neck where the collar meets my skin. By the end of the week it gets kind of hard to shave that area. Is there anything I can use on my neck to stop this from happening?
