    If he slashed several times and didn't kill the guy, and no motive is available, then it sounds a lot like the hesitant strokes of a curiosity-driven potential serial killer.

    The customer nearly turned into a real Navy Corpseman Notice the use of "medic" vs. the more traditional "corpsman" this is to avoid confusing their commander in chief.

    I suspect he was using a shavette, and had trouble cutting deep. A true straight is obviously the better tool for the job.

    It was a shavette. They aren't allowed to use straight razors from what my barber told me. I am sure I will here more about it, he is stationed on the same base as me.
