Thread: Got my first convert!

I have a few (cough) razors now, and wanted to share my new hobby. So, I put together a kit for my cousin. He's very environmentally aware and wears a goatee, but had never tried a straight. I put a cake of Colleen's Black Cavendish soap (my favorite to date), two honed razors, Lynn's DVD and my Tony Miller practice strop in a 'goody bag' for him and dropped it off. A few days later, he had tried a trim and now he's doing well on his whole face.

I'm at N+1 for now and will continue to try to grow the herd! - John

That is great, John. I am currently working on number three. I took him through a shave the other night, and he loved it. I just don't have a spare razor or strop to give the guy right now. His interest is definitely peeked though. Good work, the flock grows daily.
