They don't say if it was a shavette. I think 2 cuts with a straight may have been fatal unless the barber hesitated or the guy's reflexes saved him. Lucky man to survive nonetheless.

Here is my question and I may have over read it............was the knucklehead who cut this man a real barber who worked there??? I never understood and like I say I scanned over the article real quick. I am surprised they still do straight razor shaves due to most states I assume not allowing it for health reasons of potential blood cross contamination fears.
Oh well, glad this guy survived and just hate he missed out on promotion and the fact he may never see that now. This guy I would assume that did this does not have a pot to pee in but I would still sue for civil damages of anticipated earnings I could have made by being promoted. At least if he owns anything < highly doubt he does, but this would at least give me anything he has that I could sell off for money! Maybe his bicycle is a custom Moots that could be sold off that he made a get away on......then again, more than likely a Huffy!German blade snob!
