Another vote for Spe's service here.
I've just received a basic Feather RG via Spe and the service was excellent. As it was brand new it wasn't a great saving but every little helps! Fast service too, considering he has to receive the item then send it on (to the UK - our evil Revenue men didn't notice it either! They notice everything I buy from the States.)
Spe is very helpful and friendly with lots of contact emails telling me how it's going. I can recommend him thoroughly.
The easiest way is just mail him with what you want and he'll give you a breakdown of the cost.
Simple.
Gareth
ps.I needed a shave when it arrived so it had to be done. Brilliant razor! BBS and no nicks.

How did you guys find the Tosuke razors on those auction sites? I've had a look but the search box doesn't seem to work very well (I assume it's expecting Japanese text). Did you send Spe a specific page URL or just said "I want a Tosuke razor" and assume he knows what one is?
Also, say there's a Tosuke on the main auction page - what happens if 5 people PM Spe asking to buy it? Does he end up bidding for 5 different people etc?
Cheers.

Heya Iwan,
I asked Spe to look at:
http://www.babashoten.com/
Use AltaVista Babelfish to convert the text from Japanese to English or whatever language you wish.
Look at the 5th line of Japanese text on the left hand column.
Then asked him to purchase a Tosuke for me, I would check with him as they show as sold out now.
Let me know if you have any questions, hopefully mine will be here this week.
Cheers,
Neale

Tosuke has landed, Thanks Spe!!
I just got it now, a very cool little razor in a very nice presentation box. It looks great, it's a bit smaller than I pictured it. It will pop arm hair, but will certainly need a honing session..
Fast shipping once it left Japan, it was in transit 3 days , That's Fast!!
Thanks again Spe for the great service, communication and fast shipping
Now, I just need to figure out how to hone it.
Neale
