Los Angeles (Southern) Spots for Equipment & Community

Hey Everyone,

I checked the classifieds looking for this information, but came up short (or just lost). I live in Costa Rica, and thanks to advice from several members here, have been shaving exclusively with my 5/8 since April.

Everything I need has to muled-in for many reasons, starting with Mexico and ending with Costa Rica import taxes. Thankfully, my wife and I have a trip home planned for Thanksgiving. I will be in Los Angeles in November, and am wondering if there are any marketplaces or barbershops I should hit while I'm there. We'll be hitting The Southbay, and Pasadena areas, with a stop in DTLA, and maybe Santa Clarita. Any advice or direction is welcome.

Oldtownshaving is in Pasadena, they sell MDC, and other high end soaps, as well as Morris&Forndran and other high end brushes. They may sell razors as well.
