It is my first year to do this but I will make sure my part is 100% by the end of the month.

I got some more money so I just paid my part off. I hope the SRP group makes it! I just looked at the other members of the group & there are a few that need help! Let's try to make the SRP group achieve its quota.

I am going to see family for about 24hrs in the next few days. If it doesn't occur organically because of the stiff-bristled brush occupying the space between my lis & nose, I was gonna make ot a point to mention Movember. Selling points being: my page is solely for bragging rights for helping a good cause, a whopping 80% of the funds (that's huge) go towards research, it is to fight ball death & butt rot. I might even mention the unfortunate side effect of a removed prostate that also kills marital spontaneity. I figure that would be a reasonably powerful motivator ?

    1/2 weekly update.
I haven't done a huge amount (read no) of actual fundraising. For the last few years I have done it at work but this year one of the other guys has been doing a massive fundraising push so I haven't gone into competition with him.
I should say however that I have had a few generous donations from members here.

Although I've been growing a 'tache, I thought that I'd give the "Moves" a bash and see how close I could get to doing on average 1 per day. I'm pretty chuffed with myself in that as of this afternoon, I've now done 28 Moves in 28 days. These have either been cycling or running and the total distance covered according to Strava has been 506km (60 run/446 cycle) with a total of 28 hours spent exercising.

30km rides every/every other day would alone put him at about 28 hours and he says he did other activities as well
