Sunday update. I am starting to get quite attached to my chops again. I even don't find the mo too bad.
Still no moves but I was working in and on really hot roofs on Fri and Sat so probably sweated out a heap.

Each time a person logs a "Move", that counts as one. It is not counting the number of miles/hours/sets of reps you do; rather, it is counting how many times you exercised. Helpful?

At an average of 20kmph. 440km would take 22 hours. I've had many a ride in excess of 25kmph.

My Daughter made a donation to put me over my updated target and the Father In Law took it over the top later in the day.

On the Moves, one of the things I learned from the Movember meeting was that they realized (too late to fix it) that you could not edit/add moves to a calendar. I've been logging a days steps/miles when I remember - but at the most one a day, even though the dogs take me on 2 walks a day that are 1.2mi/2km plus all of the "other".

At least we are thinking about doing more...

Since I've started this new job, I've missed a couple of entries, just got back from the gym myself, but my normal gym schedule has never changed, 4 times a week, but for this month always an extra set, exercise, or added time on the elliptical.

I'm $30 Cdn short of my fundraising goal....sigh...

Awesome - forgot how much I liked being part of things everyday, being around people in a position I love to do. Big thing for me is I won't do a commute any longer than 30 minutes, and a big company, right downtown Toronto, made me an offer I couldn't pass up in a role almost tailor made for me, the stars really aligned for me, and I am very happy.

One thing that's really pleased me, is I thought I'd have to back off on the straight shaves, or not get as many shaves as I want. I like to be clean shaven, goes with the suit and territory, so I've literally had a relaxing shave every evening after dinner, and it's a great way to relax.

Thanks for asking by the way...
