    I'm feeling it as well, only one other "sport " has done that for me, long distance rifle shooting, now convering to long distance pistol shooting. The feeling of shutting down everything outside of the target, be it paper or your face. A calm that sets over you while in the moment. I find my self shifting focus at work when I'm getting wound up, I think of the hot shower and the shave I'll do after work. I start relaxing right away, it's great.
