Thanked: 18Rad
I swear I will not buy any more razors,
Maybe I will make an exemption for a good priced tanifuji; ohh that duck over there looks nice. Hmm wonder what is the fuss about Filarmonica's...
Did that eBay alert just go off, better have a quick look.

That went downhill fast.
Think I will spend some time this weekend cleaning some of my finds up.

Don't worry, there will come a time when you'll reach the place I've arrived at...searching eBay, finding little or nothing that makes your heart beat faster, and then, with nothing to fill the empty place in your soul, you just go buy some more soap.
But one day, one day, I know I'll log on and find the Wade & Butcher Ottoman straight razor, just listed as a BIN for $65.00, and for that one moment, everything will be right with the Universe......

Lol. Not worried too much about the soap. When shipping cost more than the puck, you sorta do without.
Although I am planning to get my hands on some d r harris.

Thanked: 4826It comes and it goes. I find that I like to look less and less, which leads to less buying. I am fairly disgusted with my lack of organization and the fact that I have not been able to work on any of my razors or hone or boxes for some time. Between work and other commitments and other projects I simply have not had much spare time. I will get back at it. I will get some projects finished and I will get organized, at that point it may be fun to look some more and have some new projects. It's tough when life gets in the way of having fun.

Thanked: 18Rather than start another new topic.
Man I would love to find me some reasonably priced Ivory razor. Even before I got the rad I wanted an ivory item. (Ethically sourced of course)
My parents and I were born in Sudan, and I came to Australia at 13. I think ivory symbolises where we came from in a way.

Thanked: 4826I think it would be tough to get it there now. It seems to me that the borders are pretty tight there. If it was going to get pinched anywhere I would think Oz we be the spot.

Don't say I didn't warn you ........
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
