    Default Solid washers from Romainia

I ordered these washers about 8 weeks ago. Found them on ebay with some help from members here on this site. I still havent got them. If you ordered these before, how long did it take for them to show up? I dont want to give the guy a hard time knowing they are coming from around the world on regular post but, id like to have an idea of when to call it quits and request a refund. They were the solid cone shaped washers that a few guys have tried.

    Anyone?

I would send him an email at this point. 2 months is a long time for an envelope. What was the delivery time estimated to be?

FWIW, I bought a brush (Morris & Forndran) from Romania a year ago and delivery took about 2 weeks.

I'm in a different country from you, so my circumstances are a little different.
Mail from Europe, unless it is an expedited parcel, is a wide range of normal. It can be anywhere form a couple of weeks to three months. That is a very wide window and I have no idea on the how and why of it all. It does not seem to me to be peak season, but recently a razor from Spain was about 10 weeks.

I did contact him a couple weeks ago but he said it could take a bit longer. Ill contact him again for a refund. The date exspected has past by a couple weeks. I guess i should quit being cheep or nice.

Double checked. The date for delivery is past and its been 6 weeks. Ill give him another 2 weeks but then that it. Ill contact him and let him know this too.

If I recall he ships for next to nothing. That would be slow-boat in an envelope.
Seems mine took a long while to get to Texas. Worth the wait, though!

    Seems a good guy.

Is there an advantage with these washers over what you get from microfasteners.com?

This is the first I've heard of a different source.

A bit different than a simple washer.

Those are the ones. This is why i ordered. They look much nicer with the extra shape of them. Like stacking washers but only using one.

BTW, i did email him today complaining about how long its taking. Told him id wait 2 more weeks then i will want a refund. Only needs to wait a few more hours as they were in the mail box when i got home. I gave him positive feedback but only one star on the shipping.

So, if anyone want to order these, they are nice, but dont have a need for them as it could take a long time for them to show.

Thanks for all the replys. Now to snap a pic to post.
