    Cool Like riding a bicycle..

    Old friends--

For many reasons, not the least of which is the use of blood thinners, it has been a while since I treated myself to a SR shave, or came here to visit.

Tonight I decided, oh what the h-ll, and got out the Martin de Candre, one of my favorite razors and went at it. I was a little nervous, but it was just like getting back on a bicycle...evidently you never forget the "how" of it.

What a treat! The lather felt and smelled so good, the routine of stropping came right back like the old days, and the special Joseph Elliot Best Silver Steel felt great in the hand and on the face. Great night for a great shave and I'm hooked, again!

What kind of blood thinners. Myself I'm taking plavix and 325 asprin. along with many different other drugs. I watch myself when shaving but do enjoy every minute of it. There are some thinners out there that's worse than others so be careful and enjoy. Oh and what razor is that. from the photo it looks mighty fine! I guess if I had opened my eyes I would have seen the name Oh well I'll fall back on I'm old.

Only you and your body can know what is the limit.

The doc is covering his rear.
