Well I was done honing and I was stropping. Then decided to switch strops and had the razor in my hand along with a strop in each hand trying to juggle the swap to the hook on the wall and bumped the tip of my ring finger on the razor in my other hand that I just honed. Sorry, I didn't take any bloody pics but after a run to the emergi-care I now have a finger all wrapped up with a splint over it to keep from bumping it.

6 stitches. According to the blood line on the razor, I figure it was about a 2/8 deep slice straight in. Not a slice but a deep cut! Right on the tip. The way I see it is I've honed about 75 to 80 times/razors now days so it was bound to happen.

Not that I'm home the wife tells me I'm not going to be honing anymore today. Ha! I got one more to go and I'm left handed so no biggie. I'm going to finish what I started! The worst part of getting stitched up was the needle to numb it for the stitches.
