Thanked: 10Would Appreciate An Opinion On This Ebay DD
I've placed a small bid on this one. I'm worried about cell rot on the one shot of the show side of the blade. The pic isn't all the clear. It looks like a bunch of tiny bubbles all along the width of the blade.
Thoughts comments welcome.

Thank you gentleman all!

Thanked: 3215Snap it up, the edge can easily be fixed.
Ducks are shavers, Dwarfs are a bit shorter but not that much and great shavers. The butterscotch scales will polish up as well, love the butterscotch.
The translucent scaled Ducks are often cell rotted and can be a gamble, not so much with Butterscotch.
Looks more like tarnish, possibly lite rust on the blade. The scales are a bit chewed up on the top but will probably sand out without unpinning.
Just looks like a hard life for this razor, though not cell rot.
I would buy it at that price and perhaps a bit more.

Thanked: 3215Here’s a post on a couple Duck I cleaned up. I un-pinned the Satin Wedge and did not un-pin the Dwarf.
They are both shavers and hard to find in good shape, made in the golden years of Great American Razors of New York.
Can a Duck be a Unicorn?
