He he Hi Steelforge. The whole time I was in Germany I wanted to say something. My family have lived around here for years, and although I moved away some time ago, its my "home".

Given that I had to leave Germany quite quickly, and I dont really know where I am staying at the moment, Swindon makes sense. What sort of age are you, and how long have you lived round these parts?

33, have lived in this area for almost 20 years now, first in Highworth and then on the northern edge of Swindon, up near the stadium at Blunsdon.

How about you, where are you or your folks (roughly)?

Ho ho I am also 33, but my folks live out the west side of town - mum's in Wootton Bassett, and dads in Broad Hinton. I spent my teenage years in Bassett for my sins.

Same age - its almost certain our paths crossed. I used to work in Route 66 way back when it was the place to be on a weekend, and I was a saturday boy in John Holmes (yes its true) Music. So if you ever drank in there when we were 18/19, or bought something from John Holmes its pretty certain our paths crossed.

I also used to play colts rugby for bassett, and was captain of the school team, so if we played you I apologise for probably stuffing you. Not.

He he I should have expected this really... John Holmes (yes that really was his name) is a respectable businessman who runs a bit of a music empire in Swindon. I am sure noone ever told him about his name-sake...

A stuffing is a comprehensive victory at sport.

Two countries, same language, ho ho ho.
