Thread: Man are they demanding (but too cute not to share)

So... These days, I don't shave THAT much. For a lot of reasons.

Most of the time, it's my girls that ask me to shave. And they love watching their father do so, to the point that they know every part of my shaving ritual.
And when I say every part, it's to the point that they almost order me around lol.

The other day, the little one received her own badger (yes, they both have a badger) and asked for a shaving moment.
And this is what happened
- Now we're going to choose daddoo's (*) razor ?
- Yes !
- Which one ?
- The turtle (**) !
Me : Turtle it is (about to fetch my tortoise frameback)
My wife: what turtle are you talking about ?
Little one : The one with its friends in the box !
My wife : Say what ?
Me : Oh boy...

I mean she could have asked for anything. She went straight for the French révolution weekly set... I hardly ever go for these ones myself for how precious they are...
I blame her sister on this one, but that's a story for another time.

(*) an Animaniacs joke that stuck
(**) that would be "tortue" in French, which works for both turtle or tortoise. I translated with turtle because tortoise would not have made any doubt

More than a day or two my son asks me (makes me) shave.

Yes, European badger is very fancy looking. Even if they are my sugar princesses I would not dream of a honey badger. Besides, they are great for keeping the garden clean from stray cats.
