    Welcome back Josh, it's about damned time! Get better, but don't push the rehab/physical therapy too hard (trust me on this), and DON'T run out of pain meds unless insomnia is a favored part of your lifestyle.

    Actually they have put me on vicodin, percoset, and dilauded and all of it makes me unable to sleep and I itch like crazy (except on the dilauded that just keeps me awake) so I stopped taking it. As far as physical therapy that is going to suck. My doctor said it is going to take a long time and I have to go really slow and easy or I'll rip my tendon a part again since the chest muscle heals quicker than the tendon...so now Im paranoid about everything.
