Thread: Cheap supplies and a convert....

A very productive lunch break indeed....

I have discovered that Wilkinsons (everyones fave cut-price shop and nothing to do with the razor manufacturer) stocks some shaving supplies. So I availed myself of a wilkinsons sword tub o' soap, some palmolive shaving cream and a palmolive soap stick... all for the heady and piggy-bank breaking sum of £4.12..... you cant go wrong.

Anyhoo, on to the more interesting bit....

While in Boots perusing the the various shaving articles (over-priced) I overheard a man of 50 odd bemoaning the fact you couldn't get hold of cut-throats anymore because thats what he wanted. Well you cant get oppertunities like that go so I ended up chatting to him for a bit and pointed him in the direction of this site. We will have to see what comes of it.

All in all quite a good lunch break....

I have also found that trio of products in Asda and Morrissons supermarkets also. In Morrissons, they even do a styptic pencil (Good News!!)

I think that is all that is generally available however without digging out specialist shops (Bad News!!)
