Thread: NC Get Together

All right gentleman From The Great state of North Carolina. A few people have PM'ed me expressing interest in having a get together. I know that we all are busy, we have lives, jobs, families. I know that it is difficult to find time, but I am really interested in a get together. Lets talk razors. I suggest Next weekend, Saturday. I Know there are at Least two people from Raleigh who want to get together. All we need is a place and time. I can bring some stuff. Samples from TGQ, Razors, Hones. We can talk, swap, Whatever. so OK gents, Lets hear about it.

I assume you are talking about Saturday, November 3rd......... That would be good for me. I am on-call this weekend and the weekend of November 10th.

Would we have an experienced honer there? I think I need help in that area..... and general technique as well. I have been using straights for about six months now and I still cut myself too often and don't get as close as I would like.

Yes, November Third. I'm no honemiester, but I can get one that you can shave with. I'll bring my hones and things that I use. Time and place gents, that's all we need. I don't care if it's a coffee shop(mmmmm straight razors and starbucks, does that mix well?)
