I'll take two large W&Bs white on black preferred.

new update. i have enough interest in the shirts to go ahead with them. i will talk to the printer tomorrow or saturday. my only issue is still with shipping. i should have a knock down drag out price by sat evening. for my UK, austrailian, and asian brotheren, the shipping is going to add another $6 on top of the price to cover the extra postage.

design. i like the design for the W&B. below is the logo for the dancing twins. i like the red background. i was thinking this would look good on the black and grey shirts. if someone has another design, let me know. then the boker. the simple circle with the tree inside. however, i do not have the old logo. would anyone have that? i have the new logo, but like the oval much better than the newer circle. some help or thoughts here would be great.

payment and sizes. Paypal preferred with number of shirts, size, and color. money order, cashier check, or personal check is fine, but i will wait till it clears before shipping. i will be accepting orders starting after i post the final be all price sat night 2.16.08 through next friday night midnight CST 2.22.08. you will get the size, color, and designs you request if the order is placed by 2.22.08. i will make a few more of each size just in case for extras. but all orders after 2.22.08 will be out of the extras so pm with your requests.

shipping time. for all the orders i get by next friday, i will have the shirts shipped the following week. i know that there is a slight lag, however i would rather that everyone get the shirts they really want versus me ordering not enough and you not getting everything. no offense, i also don't want to be stuck with 200 shirts that i don't sell.

still would like the boker logo if anyone has one. the interest is there. pm me. any questions, post a reply or pm me.

I know I might sound like a nana here, but Henckels is still in business AFIK and thats their Trade Mark.

TTBOMK using a TM without permission carries far worse penalties than Copyrights.

Yeah, the worst you'd probably get would be a cease and desist letter it could go worse*.

I'd go for a W&B, Henckels and a Boker....

....on the copyright/trademark side, I'd be willing to bet a weeks pay (keep in mind that I don't have a job...lol...) that you'll be just fine. You're talking about a limited-run number of shirts that you are selling for no (or very very little) profit to an exclusive group of half-crazed shave-happy people who just really enjoy their shaving disorder and all things that go with it. Don't sweat it. Print the shirts and have fun with them.

I just wanted to make sure he was aware of the possibility. Otherwise the fake bar association could revoke my fake license to be a fake lawyer.

I didn't take your comments (or anyone else's) badly, I just don't feel he has anything to worry about and wanted to throw in my two cents as well....I'm really looking forward to these - they'll be really cool!
