Thread: Straight shave on a TV show!

The most recent episode of Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations (A favorite of mine!) shows a guy getting a straight shave!

It's a short couple of clips but it's still neat to see someone still doing it in a barbers chair and all.

I love that show. I'm a big fan of Bourdain. Is it he who is getting the shave? What's his location for the episode?

It seems like I can never catch the show when it's on so I usually end up buying the episodes on iTunes.

Bourdain is great! Not only because he was one of the chefs that got me onto the culinary career path, but his egotistical Frenchman attitude makes for a great show!

Seconding, see if you can remember what country he was in.

I saw that show late one night. It's actually the waiter named Tim that's getting the shave. Bourdain decided to work at his old job to try and relive his glory days as a line chef. He was sufferin.. But that waiter Tim got a shave and cut before he went into work that day. I've been meanin to try and find out where that barbaershop was. It's in NYC somewhere.
