A buddy of mine told me there's a barber shop in Sacramento that gives straight shaves with a real straight razor. I haven't had a chance to check it out yet.

Things to do in Denver when you aren't dead.......
When in Denver, check out Floyd's. They do the hot towel shave with a shavette - but it is a barber, not a stylist. They have both and take reservations for the shaves. You can request extra "towelage" and also XTG/ATG if you want. I have been shaved by several barbers at different locations. They range from younger barbers with few years expereince to older barbers...even a Russian barber trained in the Soviet Army (great shave and very adept with the blade).
There are two close to me - both will let you bring in your own str8 and will shave you with it. The last time was with my chunky 7/8 TI....lots of ooo and aaaa.....the barber said it was the most amazing blade she had used.
They give great haircuts as well.
