    Default Razor books

What is the best book on razors and their worth? I see 2 books floating around on the bay but don't know which one to buy.
    Thanks for the help,

    Fred

Well i would recommend the standard guide to razors third edition is a good one just disregard pricing.

Then the Goins guide to cutlery markings is a great book

lately I have used the American premium guide to knives and razors for all things case.
    Hope this helps

For those looking the book up it's
    Goins Encyclopedia of Cutlery Markings
I just ordered it from eknifeworks.com for $28 shipped.

I see the Goins Encyclopedia went for ~$26 shipped on ebay today. At eknifeworks.com (which is Smokey Mountain Knife Works) a new 1998 Goins Encyc. is $27 shipped.
I'm pumped to see mine when it arrives. There's just so much info in Straight Razor Collecting and other books I have that it's tough to find a particular razor. The books I have seem to be great at educating me to the overall world of razors
