There sure is. Just this afternoon, I received the origional vectors from DWessell, who had obtained them for me from another member. I have sent those to the printing company and should hear from them tomorrow.

The problems we were dealing with without the vectors was poor image quality and poor color quality as well. I have received two proofs from the printer and neither one was to my satisfaction. (I highly doubt anyone else would've been satisfied either). The colors on the proofs were poor, instead of the gold being a true gold, it looked like a tan and yellow tartan (if you can imagine).

I believe now that the vectors have been sent they should be able to provide a better quality decal than what we were looking at before. I know that when I worked for them, this would not have even come close to the quality decals that we printed. However, in all fairness, they are dealing with the epa and other regulations that prohibit them from printing the way it was in the past.

    Hi.

I can't find the image of the sticker that was once posted on this thread.

Can you put it back up so we can at least look at it and droll while waiting fir it to be made and deliver.

I have tree on order and can't wait to get them.

    Thanks.

Sure, am hoping to get a couple of proof up this weekend, if they pass the color test. I've rejected 2 proofs due to the colors not being right.....mottled, or just plain looking like a tan and yellow tartan.
Here's the image we're shooting for:

good news, we finally have a proof tha tlooks good. Bad news, as they are printed face down (for placement inside your car window rather than on the outside) I had to put a clear overlay on them to scan them. In placeing the overlay on the best one, it wrinkled. Plus the clear overlay doesn't let the true colors scan as they should. I will post the two, I played with brightness and contrast in paintshop to get them close. The first one is called golden yellow - the closest they can get to gold printing them digitally. The second sample is cmyk and is so far off I wouldn't consider it. The dots in the images won't show in as great a detail as they do in the scanned images. The scanning process brought them out more. Plus these are a little larger than the run size of 3x5 inches.
