Thread: I need some Euro help!!!

bought a gift from a lady in france. go to pay and she only wants check, cashier check, etc. but in Euros. the only thing i can do is a $50 Euro Traveler check, but i only owe her $23. or i can do a bank transfer, but that will cost me an extra $25 USD. would there be anyone possibly be willing to do a brother a favor? i can paypal you funds, if you will send her a check in Euros. i will cover all of your cost and a few more bucks for a beer or two.

if anyone can possibly help, PM me and i will give you a better idea of what is going on. but you have to be able to get payment in Euros. Thank you.

I'd love to help.....but I've never used checks in my life. France is just about the only country in the EU that still uses a lot of Cheques (Brittain every now and then but not often) and it's considered to be very darkages style banking.

I could do a local bank transfer if you like? I think they don't cost anything over here.
