Default Link to PDF of 1850's book on Turning and mechanical manipulation, by C. Holtzapffel

This has descriptions of hones and oilstones etc. of the day (1850's), cutting tools and abrasives and what to do with them. It is a fully digitised book for non commercial use and is 14.4mb large. Quite interesting. If already here somewhere then apologies for reposting.
