Hi guys...I just watched the 'Expendables 2' a couple of days back and on of the character (Hale Caesar played by Terry Crewe) was seen playing with his straight razor aboard their plane. I think it has a toxic green scale. Anyone seen that?

I also recently noticed that the mob boss in the film 'Drive' killed one of his victim with a straight razor too.

I remember watching Key Largo, Johnny Rocco was getting a shave from Angel, cigar stuck in his mouth, and jumping around and never stopped talking in the chair.

just watched hellboy again last night, one scene has the villain having his head shaved with a straight

Saw moonrise kingdom in the theater last month and the head scout guy was having one of the scouts give him a straight shave.

Although not used for shaving, there is a scene in "Bourne Insurrection" where a straight is used as a weapon.

Do you mean Bourne Ultimatum? I haven't seen the Bourne movie that came out this year but I know that the Bourne-Desh fight in Ultimatum included a straight razor used by Desh while Bourne used a towel to protect himself.

He used it in the first one, too. I haven't seen the second one yet but he talked about it a lot in the first one and showed it on a plane ride then killed someone with it later.

I've seen a few appearances by a straight in Hell on Wheels and Sons of Anarchy.

I recall a straight being utilized in one of the Looney Tunes Shorts with Foghorn Leghorn. It played a role in one of the Rube Goldberg traps often seen with those films. After the trap had started, something hit the trigger on a mousetrap that had a straight tied to the kill bar on the mousetrap. The straight cut a rope and dropped something, can't remember much more. I'm pretty sure the razor they used was an Acme. I darn near piss myself watching those good old ones to this day!! Oh, good times, good times.......

i only know this because of the pixies song "Debaser" which is all about that film.
