I was going to mention that one. Don't know why, but I thought it was one of the best filmed scenes in the movie. I think people always get a little nervous watching those scenes in movies, expecting someone to cut their face, which added to the tension of the movie; but with no accidents and the music playing in the background, the scene had a kind of tranquil elegance that brought out Schindler's sorrow and Goeth's insanity. Great scene juxtaposing two very different and extraordinary, public men performing a mundane and private task.

Seven Samurai. Kambei impersonates a priest in order to rescue a child hostage from a desperate thief.
I cannot recall if he shaved his own head or someone did it for him.

At the end of the film The Golden Compass the character played by Daniel Craig (Lord Asriel?) is shown briefly finishing off a shave with a straight, it looks like he is holding it right and at the proper angle to his face. (enough that it made me wonder if he used one in real life) Razor was a proper sized 7/8 , 8/8 whisker wacker as well..........
