Going to London
I wll visit London with my wife in a couple of weeks.
She was reading one of those travel books to find which places we should see.
One of her suggestions was 'Taylor of Old Bond street' which is supposed to be a shaving shop with lots of neat stuff.
Of course I agreed, but it got me wondering: are there any other interesting shops in the center of London which would be worth checking out?Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

I hear there's a Trumpers and a Taylors somewhere. Haven't been there though.

Penhaligons is another good one to visit, they seem to have several shops in London.

Other than then, Trumpers (Jermyn St. and Curzon St.), Truefitt & Hill, Taylors of Old Bond Street, possibly others.

Thanked: 4If your going to London I would recommend getting an A-Z book. They are available in any news stand. Once you have your A-Z book, all you need is the street name the post code and the nearest tube stop, then you can find anywhere you need to go. Otherwise the place is an absolute maze. Every londoner has one of these in his pocket.
cheers!
Nathan.

It's unlikely to be on your list Bruno, but if you find yourself in the trendy area of Shoreditch (East London) this is a place to visit -- Murdock. I've just checked, there's now also a branch at Liberty's, Oxford Circus, so should be definitely visitable for you.
